Administration Team
Medical Secretaries
Our experienced medical secretaries (Charlotte, Jennifer and Agata) deal with all your hospital appointment enquiries and referrals. They have a wealth of experience in general practice and ensure that effective communications between doctors, patients and anyone else are maintained.
Admin Team
A lot of our administration work is carried out by staff who also have other roles in the practice. They process the huge amount of incoming documents that allows the medical staff to do their jobs. Our team of Administrators are Dan, Huw, Wes and Adel.
Tasks include:
- processing patient registrations
- summerising medical records
- scanning and coding all incoming documents
- updating medication changes
- general administrative tasks
